On 1rst July 2015, Thierry Mandon (French Secretary of State for Higher Education and Research) awarded E-SIMS for its product ALOE with the i-LAB award in the catagory : “creation and development”. Kelli Mamadou became then the first person from Martinique Island to have obtained this great prize. In the following article, Kelli Mamadou answers the questions of Technopole Martinique (where E-SIMS has its headquarters). The i-LAB Award is a French national competition for the creation of innovative technology companies. It is carried out each year by the French Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research (MENESR). The jury of this contest is a group of experts of a high technology level.
